Anyone who ever had a baby knows that those first months after giving birth are not always like being in the seventh heaven. Your baby is fantastic, you are totally in love with your newborn but your body and energy levels are not the same due to the sleepless nights and extra care.

We will help you step by step to feel YOU again, not only your body but your brain will benefit from daily exercise. This will help you and your partner to enjoy your newborn together in a happy and relaxed way.

With your own MY FITPLAN-coach this will work.
During 12 weeks our goal is to coach you individually in getting fitter, thinner and firm through responsible post-pregnancy exercises and training for a firmer body.
A Personal Coach will be assigned to you – your Coach will guide you through these weeks with all the knowledge, tools, support and motivation he/she has. Your Coach will give you personalized food tips and will coach you with the healthy eating plan making it able to endure. Furthermore, your FITPLAN coach will draw up a Personal Trainings Plan together with you so you can work on your goals and targets in a responsible way!
