Fit and Flexible with Pilates
Pilates is a training that focuses on the improvement of flexibility and strength without developing excessive muscle tissue. Awareness of correct movements, the combination of stability, posture,  efficient breathing are the main focus of this lesson.
During our Pilates lessons we work with a series of controlled movements that benefit body and mind. Most of the exercises are done on the floor with a little help of weights, a small ball and diverse other materials.
