In the BodyBalance lessons exercises from traditional Yoga and Tai Chi are practiced alternating with stretching. After a few BodyBalance lessons you will move easier, you will be able to focus better, your breathing will improve and because of an increase of strength in your trunk muscles you will be able to assume a correct posture.
