More and more often our members request us to develop exercise programs that can be taken with fellow age members. We hear you and that is why we have put – as of today – 50+ lessons on the group lessons schedule. Especially for the older grown ups.

The lesson focuses on keeping the joints supple, certain groups of muscles strong and the complete relaxation of the mind. Let loose and come join this enjoyable hour Yoga 50+ group lesson suitable for men and women who want to be ‘fit and supple’.
