What is Yoga Mix?
Yoga Mix is a training program that combines different techniques of Dynamic Yoga, meditation and Yin & Yang Yoga. During these lessons you will practice different poses and movements in silence. You will hold a pose from two to five minutes which will have a deep effect on muscle bands, joints and energy flow. This results in a healthy total condition, a flexible body and a relaxed mind. In Yoga Mix lessons you will build up strength and flexibility and balance your body, heart and mind. This lesson is also especially suitable for the somewhat older age group (55+).
One hour is not enough for this lesson so we made it a 75minute lesson. Isn’t that special?
