The lesson takes 15 minutes only. There is no excuse not to join. Everyone, young, old, beginner or advanced can easily combine this lesson with their own fitness training, group lesson or Racket Sport game. The instructor makes sure you make the most of yourself during this lesson and offers a diversity of exercises making sure that training the midsection can be fun as well.
