Functional training takes your back to the basics of sport and that is done for Voorburg, Den Haag, Leidseveen, Leidschendam and area near Max Health Club Aan de Vliet. We offer this super effective group fitness training accessible for all levels.
Cardio, coordination, balance, pace, strength, power, flexibility and precision are all combined in a challenging circuit. Exercises are easily adapted so young, old(er) male or female, experienced or beginner in sports can join and get satisfaction from this group training.

Functional training (CIRCUIT TRAINING) is extremely suitable for our youth! Youth in the age of 12 - 18 can book CITCUIT TRAINING like all adults can acoording to the schedule. For the younger kids we give Kids Bootcamp every sunday morning for the age of 4 to 12 years of age.
* Sign up can be done 1 lesson per day with a maximum of 1 week before.
Because of the limit of participants in the lessons it is requested to let us know on time if you need to cancel. Numerous ‘no shows’ ‘without valid reason will cause our Westvliet team to take measures.
