Group exercise overview

Max Health Club Aan de Vliet for The Hague, Leidschenveen, Voorburg, Rijswijk and Leidschendam offers over 55 group exercise classes per week. You will train to music within a group that is headed by an enthusiastic instructor. Group fitness is suitable for any type of sportsman/woman. Exercise classes are organized according to a fixed schedule and are included in your fitness subscription.

The group exercise classes are listed on a timetable. All classes are included in your gym membership (except the racketsports memberships).
Group exercise classes based on goals
Our classes are categorised into 4 training goals. Do you want to get a better condition? If that is the case, check out all classes at the goal ‘fit & slim’. In that category you will find all high impact classes to burn the most calories all together. Other goals we use to categorize group exercise classes, are: strong & fit, fit & flexible and fit & relaxed. It is possible at any time to ask one of our fitness professional for advice about the group exercise classes.
