You will train to music within a group that is headed by an enthusiastic instructor. Group fitness is suitable for any type of sportsman/woman. Exercise classes are organized according to a fixed schedule and are included in your fitness subscription.

Group exercise classes based on goals
Our classes are categorised into 4 training goals. Do you want to get a better condition? If that is the case, check out all classes at the goal ‘fit & slim’. In that category you will find all high impact classes to burn the most calories all together. Other goals we use to categorize group exercise classes, are: strong & fit, fit & flexible and fit & relaxed. It is possible at any time to ask one of our fitness professional for advice about the group exercise classes.
