The later course is for everyone who is further disciplined in running.   Price The course is free for members of Westvliet, non-members can join for the price of €55,- (one time fee for the entire 6 week course). Join now!   Welcome to Westvliet Bootcamp At Westvliet we offer twice a week Bootcamp lessons with Professional and enthusiastic instructors. Do you enjoy outdoor exercise? Not worried about a bit of hard work? Do the challenge and join now! Yes! I want to join the Bootcamp course! When? Every 6 weeks a new Bootcamp course starts. If you are a member of Westvliet the Bootcamp course is free – are you a non-member then you can join the 6 week course for the price of € 55,- (1 lesson per week) Members sign up for the whole course also. Am I fit enough to join the Bootcamp course? Our instructors are always alert and make sure that everyone is challenged at their own level. Are you fit enough? Then you might get some extra challenging tasks to perform e.g. squat a bit deepter of push ups. Not that fit yet? No problem, we will think of options that suit you well. When is joining the Bootcamp course not possible. If you have a (major) injury or ailment or a medical condition that makes it hard to run we advise not to join the Bootcamp.
