Who is this course for?
We split the course in two groups so beginners and advanced people can train and learn at their own specific level. The early training is especially for everyone who just started running or wants to start running. The later course is for everyone who is further disciplined in running.
The course is free for members of Westvliet, non-members can join for the price of €55,- (one time fee for the entire 6 week course). Per group there is a maximum of 20 people allowed to join so make your reservations on time.
