Exercise has many benefits – it is beneficial for heart and blood circulation, exercise will help prevent diabetes, strengthen the bones, give you better resistance for illness and make you feel fit!
Know your boundaries and prevent injuries. Not only your body but also your brain will benefit from exercising daily.

A healthy old age!
Studies have shown that people that lead physically active lives have 50 percent less chance of getting Alzheimer. The reason being that physical activity has a positive influence on a few important risk factors for Alzheimer: high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.

What does the 10 week program entail?
In 10 weeks time – under the guidance of your own coach you will learn more about a healthy lifestyle and an exercise program that is specially put together for you. During the entire period of time you will be coached on the subject of exercise and health.  

The 10 week program can be followed individually making it easier to step in and start moving and living the healthy lifestyle any time that is convenient for you!
Of course you will be guided and coached in your own pace.

Use of all facilities
Within all of our programs each participant can make use of all of our facilities. Group lessons, sauna, tennis, squash, fitness etc etc. There are many lessons suited for 55+ ers like Yoga 55+, Pilates etc. Let your coach advise you!
