Everybody knows how important sports and games are for a healthy social and motor ability development of our children.
Max Health Club Aan de Vliet offers all parents in the greater area of The Hague, Voorburg, Leidschendam, Leidseveen and Rijswijk the possibility to help stimulate the growth and development of their children.

An extensive selection of Kids Sports and activities
To start with sports at an early age is very important. In addition to their daily movements we at Westvliet Fitness & Racketclub offer children and teenagers an array of sports and game possibilities. We have our own fitness hall with different kinds of equipment and we offer a vast selection of Kids Lessons.
Our selection:

  • Tumbling Tots (2 and 3 yrs old): during play they learn how to spring, roll and move
  • Kids Fit (5 - 12 yrs): different kinds of sports and game activities focused on agility, coordination and physical condition.
  • Teen Functional training (12 - 15 yrs): a challenging fitness circuit using sports equipment conducted by a fitness instructor.
  • Kids Squash (7 - 12 yrs): with this basic training of the rules and technique of the game you will be able to play squash in no time!
  • Judo (1 1/2 - adults yrs): judo classes are being given 6 days a week. 
  • Dance lessons by Ballet- en Dansstudio Door Laverman*
  • Tennis lessons by Tennisschool Jan de Rook*


*these lessons are not included in a Max Health Club Membership
Move in a responsible way
At Max Health Club Aan de Vliet teenagers ages 12 through 15 years old may use our fitness space. Fitness for Teenagers adheres to a structured support course; every four weeks an appointment is made with the fitness instructor to check the progress. Teens are allowed to use the Youth Racket Sports. 

  • Teen Fitness – Free Fitness training with a personalized training program and 4 week evaluation sessions.
  • Teen Functional Training: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 16.30-17.00 hrs and on Sunday from 12.00-12.30 hrs.
  • Kids Racket sports: Monday through Friday from 07.00-17.00 hrs and in the weekend from 12.00-16.00 hrs.
