Max Health Club Aan de Vliet offers all parents in the greater area of The Hague, Voorburg, Leidschendam, Leidseveen and Rijswijk the possibility to help stimulate the growth and development of their children.
An extensive selection of Kids Sports and activities
To start with sports at an early age is very important. In addition to their daily movements we at Westvliet Fitness & Racketclub offer children and teenagers an array of sports and game possibilities. We have our own fitness hall with different kinds of equipment and we offer a vast selection of Kids Lessons.

Move in a responsible way
At Max Health Club Aan de Vliet teenagers ages 12 through 15 years old may use our fitness space. Fitness for Teenagers adheres to a structured support course; every four weeks an appointment is made with the fitness instructor to check the progress. Teens are allowed to use the Youth Racket Sports.
