Functional training takes you back to the basics of sports for The Hague, Voorburg, Leidschenveen, Leidschendam and area at Max Health Club Aan de Vliet. We offer this super effective group fitness training for all exercise levels. For everyone Cardio, coordination, balance, pace, strength, power, flexibility and precision are all combined in a challenging circuit. Exercises are easily adapted so young, old, male, female, experienced or beginner in sports can join and get satisfaction from this group training. Reserve a spot The lessons are accessible for a maximum of 12 people making sure everyone gets a lot of personal attention. Secure a spot in these lessons by signing up one week ahead.
