Grit Strength is an intense and challenging team training that will tackle the larger muscle groups using a barbell, weights and a step. Our experienced instructor will keep up the pace and make it an active lesson. The fast, motivational music adds to the active atmosphere. Grit Strength offers three huge advantages: you will get fit in no-time, your metabolism with work twice as fast stimulating the formation of growth hormones causing you to stimulate muscle building and fat burning – even hours after you end the training.
