Why XCore
XCore is an explosive work out using an aluminium tube half filled with grit. Using this piece of equipment will create a reactive impact on your body. The grit in the tube moves with every move you make making sure your muscle groups are getting extra mechanical pressure.

This training results in more muscle strength, stronger muscle tissue and a firm body.
Training in  XCore lessons reduces the chance of injuries and is very suitable for sporters who often practice weight training.
